Customers using Microsoft Entra shared device mode on handheld warehouse devices require seamless authentication for high‑volume operations. Today, the Warehouse Management mobile app does not support shared device mode nor SSO when using user‑based authentication with device code flow. This results in manual sign‑in for every worker session, increasing operational friction.

Requested Feature:

Enable Single Sign-On (SSO) support for the Warehouse Management mobile app on devices configured with shared device mode, allowing workers to authenticate using their Entra ID profile once and reuse the session across supported apps.

Customer Impact:

Improves operational efficiency, reduces sign-in time, aligns with SSO behavior available in other Microsoft mobile apps, and enhances security and user experience in large‑scale warehouse environments.
