Many Companies generate multiple iterations of Financial Reports during the month/quarter/year end processes, prior to finalizing their reports. I would like to request that a more efficient method be added to help producing a group of reports on a regular basis on demand as needed. Then printing a hard copy for Management review and approval with a common print layout during this crunch time-period. Then, when approved the same process can be completed for a final time to either print, store, email or all the above. I believe the last version of Microsoft FRX, offered a method to package the reports along with other Office Documents for this purpose. The Current tedious Printing steps for the Report Viewer follow: 1) Generate a single report definition 2) View the report 3) Select the entity from the tree (this could be common for all reports in a group using the same tree) 4) Choose Print 5) Select the print parameters from the pop up (not standard, has be reset for each report) 6) Save To (Download) 7) Adobe opens the report to be reviewed, printed or saved to allow for combining. 8) Edit Print settings then print or save as pdf

Thank you for your feedback.

Currently this is not in our roadmap; however, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.

I believe a previous version of Management Reporter allowed reports to be saved/sent to Sharepoint. If FR reports can be saved/sent to Sharepoint in pdf format, that could potentially save significant amount of time, eliminating the need to click into each report and printing it (provided we can change the default/report level print settings.
