Wish there is a future option to easily identify, inquiry, report or dashboard hiring applicant hiring decisions from a based or un-based decision making.

Not featuring based or un-based (e.g. based on facts, based on non-facts, based on bias, based on non-bias, based on perception, based on unknown, based on experience, based on no-experience, etc...) maybe optimum for purpose to potentially better identify potential layoff or for capital retention.
