The User license estimator report takes very long time to run, it can not be filtered and is far to graphical, hopeless to filter using Excel. When you have hundreds of users this report will be unmanageable. Besides, you cannot see which company the user belongs to in the report so it have to be cross referenced. At least in our installation each company carry their own license costs.
My suggestion is, in the Users form grid, add a field with current required license, as an information. Add also a field where we can add the user license bought for the user.
When changing security roles on a user, add a warning message telling when the license requirement change for a user. Make it easier for your customers to be compliant

Staying compliant is really a challenge and we spend A LOT of time in this area. License model is complex and since the application won't stop you from utilizing features you're not licensed for it takes a lot from us as administrators to monitor and make sure that everyone is compliant. There is room for improvements in this area and I think that Microsoft should make it as easy as possible for us as customers to select license and to stay compliant based on that selection.
