Dynamics 365 App for Outlook is not supported for cross-tenant configurations.

Since the feature is offered in all Outlook, it would be convenient to be able to choose the tenant and the environment.

This option would give more flexibility for large companies to organize the workspace user in a more efficient way.

Plus, it would be more logical for the user in the other tenant who sees this option but can't use it.
