Many times, the processes in CRM require approvals.  It could be for sales opportunity approvals, or service workflows or really any document within the CRM system.  And yes, you can custom build approvals on documents using field security and workflow for email triggers, but it would be nice to see something out of the box that would allow us to configure approvals process that is standardized.

I think this is a miss in the CRM system that this is not an easier more standard way of doing approvals.
