Request API for LCS to assert upload deployable package and deploy to environment.

It's important to avoid setting up multifactor authentication for the account used to create the Dynamics Lifecycle Services connection. However, if the security defaults are enabled, all users will be required to set up multifactor authentication, even if their individual MFA settings in Azure Active Directory are set to false under "All Users" and "Per User MFA."

Currently, the only available option is to disable the security defaults, which is not ideal and against the idea of security enforcement. Therefore, I'm looking for an alternative way to connect to LCS that doesn't involve OAuth that require user login and password.
