As a company we want to send commercial and transactional SMS from an alphanumeric sender ID,
meaning instead of +46 73X XX XXXX, an Alphanumeric Sender ID is the company name or brand used as the Sender ID in one-way SMS messages sent to the customers. This is way more professional and will increase the open rate of messages (people trust more a company name then a random number they don't recognize)

Hi,
I confirm that we can now use an Alphanumeric Sender ID (Twilio) when sending SMS in D365 Marketing.
We can also add STOP keyword at the end with a real phone number for the optout.
