This is the scenario
a. Go to Custom Report Layout and filter for report ID 1316
B. Click NEW and select WORD layout report
C. In the newly created report change the name to e.g. TEST
D. Go to Report Selection - Sales and select Customer Statement
E. Add 2 record like the following
Sequence 1, Report ID 1316, Use for email attachment
Sequence 2, Report ID 1316, Use for email body, Default Email body
F. Go to customers, select a customer, Navigate > Customer statement
G. Add Start date and end date and click OK
--> Request Page is displayed 2 times
How the application is working now, it is not possible to have 2 different reports for attachment and email body unless request page is called 2 times when printing the report
EXPECTED RESULT
Within this scenario, there is no need to run the request page twice since the report is the same and it only changes if it has to be used as attachment or within the email body
