We would like to suggest the ability to send messages to Business accounts. In current state we can build segments and journeys for Contacts and Leads but we can not include the Businesses that we have setup in the CRM. It would be beneficial for sending both marketing and transactional message to the designated business details(email or SMS) that the company has supplied instead in the same way we communicate with our contacts and leads.
