Currently, there is no such a feature to share SFA information and data between different tenants.
However, many customers have multiple tenants, and if there is a feature to share some information and data on the Dynamics 365 (online) environment, we think that it will be more convenient for users.
Please implement the feature to share SFA information on one Dynamics 365 (online) environment with two different users belonging to the North American tenant and the Japanese tenant respectively.
