There are setup and run times in the routings.
Often, however, non-productive times are also required. Times that can be defined, for example
from the number of pieces 2000 after every 1000 pieces 15m partial setup.(Example: cable industry and embroideries)
The non-productive times are treated like the setup times and calculated at the end to the running times for the total lead time.
Calculation and planning would be correct independent of lot size.
