Working in Azure DevOps, when you mouse-over fields, you see the tooltip for the field, as well as the Field Name, like so:

Given the challenges in Translations, captions, and multi-language, having the raw "source", meaning the data from AL -- field(__name__; __source__), would make troubleshooting, training, customizing, much easier to do. Having this data in context (mouseover tooltip) is better than currently available in the Page Inspector.

Additionally, if possible, it would be even better if that info string included the Extension that is the source of the field, making it look like
[Field Name: "Inventory", Source: "Base App 18.4.20313"]

While you *could* have this as an option that could be enabled/disabled via Settings, I think it's of value to exist for all users. It ensures that users and non-technical staff can be certain they're providing right information, and this is consistent with other Microsoft product UIs.
