An standard filterable log/report of user to role assignment changes showing when the role was added/removed from the user, who by and for what legal entities. Similar to EeUserRoleChangeLog but available for all territories and including the legal entity information. Aware we can use database logging to create our own log but functionality is limited and we need to build a report on top of that data if we want it to be nicely formated/available to people who don't have the full db log, and this log/report is needed by almost every customer in almost every country for external audit purposes.
