According to local German law the employee is entitled to a twelfth of the annual vacation for each full month of employment. An employee is not entitled to the month's equivalent of vacations days, if it the start date or end date does not cover a full calendar month. Fractions of vacation days that result in at least half a day are to be rounded up to full vacation days. This calculation cannot be achieved with the current functionality, as the proration calculation uses the days between the start date of the plan and the enrollment date to determine the rate, then applies the rounding setting set on the type.

We are seeking a way in the application to specifically set the order in which proration and rounding occurs or base the proration calculation using number the months rather than days with the option to distinguish full month and partial month.
