It would be nice if we could introduce videos in social media posts. Indeed, we can only add pictures in the media tab. Nowadays, videos become very important for the marketing on social media channels.

The posting to social media feature from outbound marketing has no equivalent in real-time journeys. There are currently no plans to incorporate the feature. Social posts - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights | Microsoft Learn
