Users working with voucher pages such as:

• Bank Payment Voucher
• Bank Receipt Voucher
• Cash Payment Voucher
• Cash Receipt Voucher
• Contra Voucher
• Journal Voucher

can submit entries through the standard approval workflow, but there is currently no visible Approval Status field on these pages to indicate whether a voucher is:

• Pending Approval
• Approved
• Rejected

The same approval workflow concept is already supported on Payment Journal and General Journal pages, where the Approval Status field is displayed directly on the page, providing users with immediate visibility of the approval state.

Requested Enhancement:

Add an Approval Status field to voucher pages so users can view the current approval state directly from the voucher screen, similar to the experience available on Payment Journal and General Journal pages.

The field should display statuses such as:

• Open / Pending Approval
• Approved
• Rejected
• Canceled (if applicable)
