manager should be able to ask new job possition via ESS

If manager need find new employee, he should have opportunity to send request to HR via ESS, that he need occupy new job possition. HR or recruiter than create new job in attract and start hiring.

Thank you for your suggestion. The functionality described is available today in Dynamics 365 for Talent. Managers can send a request to HR for a new position by turning on Position Actions.  See here for more details: Personnel actions FAQ   Please add a new Idea with additional details if the above description does not meet your requirements.
