Allow footer menu to be pinned on MPOS

Please allow for the footer menu on the MPOS to be pinned always as per standard setting. This limits clicks and is more user friendly.

Thanks for your feedback. This is currently not in our immediate roadmap due to other higher priority work. We will continue to monitor votes to determine if this should be prioritized into our product backlog.

Thanks Abhi, looking forward to seeing the idea realized as it would reduce the number of clicks and is a common heard question from users.
