When You click the magnifying glass button in the Contacts field of the Cases form, the "+New" button does not appear.
This behavior hasn't occurred with other entities and hasn't been fixed for a long time, so it would be great if it will be fixed.

The issue was addressed with the latest release.
+ New record button is available on customer lookup fields on case forms.
