Hello MS Dynamics Community,

I’m an administrator working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and I’m looking for a solution to gather detailed user login data. Specifically, I need to track the following information for each user:

• Login Time & Location: The exact time and geographic location of user logins.
• Accessed App: Which specific CRM application the user is accessing.
• Device & OS Information: The device type and operating system from which the user is accessing the system.
• Team Information: Which team the user belongs to.

I have already explored MS Purview and Dataverse Analytics Board to retrieve this information, but encountered limitations:

• MS Purview only provides data from the past 7 days, which is insufficient for long-term monitoring.
• Dataverse Analytics Board only provides user audit data for up to 30 days, which still doesn't meet our needs for historical tracking.

As a customer of Dynamics CRM, we need full access to historical user login details, including usernames, team associations, and detailed insights into how users are interacting with the CRM applications. This is essential for monitoring usage patterns, improving security, and gaining deeper insights into team workflows.

Has anyone come across a solution, custom development, or third-party tool that could help extend the visibility of user login data beyond 30 days, while also providing the detailed information mentioned above?

I would greatly appreciate any insights, solutions, or recommendations the community can offer.
