During the transition from outbound to realtime marketing at our company we noticed that it is currently not possible to get custom fields using the new events API. We were able to achieve this using the old outbound endpoint but are currently not able to do so with the realtime API. This would allow us to display more information about our events on the websites we use to advertise them. It would also help with the transition to realtime as for now this is an open issue we cant work on.

Thanks for his suggestion. The custom registration fields for events will only be available in May release. However, even with the introduction of the fields in registration forms, we do not intend to make the questions available in the API as the new Event API for RTM submits registrations via the form so the questions are directly added to the form and then available as part of the form submission response.
