Wish there is an option to easily process customer credit notes based on sales order item quantity unit price discounts.
Alternative featuring a free text invoice, maybe conventionally helpful, however, featuring a customer credit note based on item sales price discounts, maybe a luxury.

Appreciate you taking the time to feedback. A variety of ways exist to create credit notes, such as based exactly on the line unit price, discount and line charges such the original debit is offset by the credit. We do not have any plans to extend our current support withi this space for SCM Sales and Marketing.
