When i have list of service orders then its impossible to know which order/quote is for which device. It is very much needed to have option to display Service item serial number or description on list views to be able to quickly identify items without need to open every single order or quote.

Saves signifficant amount of time, time = $$
Same thing needed for sales also (sales quotes, sales invoice) - convenient to copy over Opportunity names to quotes or invoices so can quickly idenfiy relevant quote, order invoice. Who can remember quote numbers if you have 100 opportuntities?
