The new Licenses usage summary report in the feature Security Governance is a great initiative, but we are experiencing several challenges that should be addressed and fixed as soon as possible.

1. Report refresh delay

After creating or updating roles, the report can take 2–8 hours (also experienced up to 24 hours) to reflect license changes. This makes it very difficult to validate license impact when working under deadlines, especially with the new license enforcement model.

Suggested improvements: Allow configurable batch scheduling, add a force refresh option and show a clear last-calculated timestamp.

2. Difficult license traceability

It is currently hard to identify which duty or privilege is driving a license requirement. We must switch between the "Licenses usage summary report" and the “View permissions” screen in security configuration. Previously, the "View permissions" screen included a "License" column, which made analysis much easier.

Suggested improvements: Either reintroduce a license column in the "View permissions" screen, or enable a drill-down from the role license view (from licenses usage summary report) that clearly shows which duties and privileges are driving the license requirement.
