Since some month it is already possible to creat compliances in Realtime Marketing and connect them with subscription center. But this scenario is only working when you sent the emails to contacts, not to leads. One of my clients is having the following scenario:
- Emails need to be send to leads - so realtime marketing needs to be used
- Company has different locations, so some emails needs to be sent from an address in US, in Brazil, in the UK etc. - so we need more then one compliance setting as the right address needs to be mentioned in the address field in the email.
So at this moment there is no option to sent the mails correctly.

As part of Wave 1 2023, we will be releasing the ability to create different compliance profiles for different geographic locations, each with its own address field. You will be able to use those in Real-time marketing to reach Leads. Each compliance profile will have its own preference center, allowing leads to update their preferences specific to their region.
