It would be good to be able to create templates for Segments, and to create new segments based on these templates. 

An alternative would be to add the possibility to copy existing segments.

Business case - it is a common scenario that segments are based on some initial filtering/selection and having templates/a copy function would make it easier and quicker to create new segments for the user.
