Mandatory Fields - Either new/custom fields or make existing fields mandatory

A requirement that almost ALL of our customers and prospects request. Could we please be able to make existing fields mandatory or add new mandatory fields. I have also received the question to be able to set this up separately for each legal entity. I am sure everyone customers ask for this. This would be a great quick win moving forward. Thanks

The ability to mark fields as required through personalization is now available in Dynamics 365 Human Resources. This was released in the 2020 release wave 2 and is now generally available.
