There are many customers where the Store Currency is USD but they use different currencies for payment from POS.
For Ex: The total payment amount is 950 IQD (in Iran Doller) and customer done the payment with 1000 IQD, but the remaining change due amount is shows in USD instead of IQD which is very difficult to the cashier to convert the remining change amount and return to the customer.
Most of the customers required this feature who uses the payments in foreign currency. Tried to use the parameter from Store > Payment methods > Change > Change tender. Its not working.
Also raised a bug#580148 with PG team, but its closed as by-design since this is a new feature request.
