I consider this site broken if I can't add my voice to vote for ideas that are in the Planned or Rejected status. I found some ideas I'd vote for but have voting disabled.

It's annoying to find an idea where it's now in a rejected state with a comment saying "Closing this for now but may re-open if people vote for it." Unfortunately voting is disabled so it can never be re-prioritized without creating a new idea and hoping it doesn't get rejected with only 1 vote again...
