Amending a sickness reason once status is completed

There is currently no functionality that allows the sickness reason to be edited if the wrong one has been selected. It's important for HR reporting that we are analysing the data with the right reasons and so the fact that we are unable to edit is an issue. It would be a great addition that this was an option to carry our when necessary.
