Allow users to assign multiple Yodlee bank accounts connections to a single BC bank account.

The Yodlee connection considers each individual credit card a "bank account" rather than providing a feed for the consolidated credit account, requiring BC users to setup and manage individual bank account records for each employee credit card the have. Most business credit card accounts are setup with some kind of parent and child relationship. Similarly, it would make sense to relate individual cards to single bank account in BC.

Allowing multiple Yodlee connections for one account would allow users to consolidate credit card reconciliation in to a single bank account.
