Hello,
I have a few customers who use Marketing but they don't have the ability to use the related items from existing data (in CRM)
like a sub-grid.
for example - show summary orders (how many orders I have)
we compare with other Marketing Automation toolings like Active trail, Hubspot, ClickDimension and they have this ability.

Marketing does support accessing related data, indeed any table in Dataverse see Personalize content using pre-defined dynamic text (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Learn
