I like the redesign of the ribbon in BC, but it’s become, almost, too streamlined. I suggest considering another redesign, but this time, align closer to the MS Office (Insider Preview) style of the ribbon. The design that could be most effective, is that of the lastest Outlook desktop client (with “Coming Soon” enabled).

I think this would provide the best balance between the old, cluttered, ribbon and the new, streamlined ribbon.
