The concern for GetCustomerBalance is that it currently doesn't enforce the request is only for the logged in customer. we need to change the implementation so that only the current customer's balance can be returned.

This is also relevant for B2C scenarios, since this would also allow invoice / customer balance payments, which is quite common in central europe.
