When someone submits a form, the values should be *easily* visible AND a Workflow should automatically fire to advise the owner of a record (or someone we specify) that a form has been submitted. For example. tony.stark@marvel.com updates his subscription preferences to say that he wants to opt-in to emails relating to new products but opts-out of emails relating to events. When I look at 'Insights', I should see Products: IN; Events: OUT And, an Email should go to the record owner that tony.stark@marvel.com updated his subscription preferences as follows: Products: IN; Events: OUT (or if someone unsubscribes, the owner of the record should be notified that a customer has opted out of all communications. It's stupid for staff to have to go to Marketing Lists daily to see who has opted in/out. And as a Marketing Lists grows, it'll be impossible to keep track of any additions or removals.
