A common business scenario is that vendors have shorter leadtimes for items that are part of a purchase agreement as they often hold stock to cover the purchase agreement demand. A valuable addition to purchase agreements functionality would be to define a special (often shorter) lead time for purchase order lines that are released from a purchase agreement.
