It would be good enhancement for RSO if we have a feature/option to lock manual intervention on Work Orders/Bookings which are picked for Optimization. Users should be notified that the record is being optimized/processed till the time RSO is in flight.

We were experiencing issues with RSO as many bookings had overlap/duplicate issues due to this, resulting RSO engine goes down intermittently when load is increased.
