After running the compensation process, the system calculates the increase for each employee. Very often the direct managers or the operational managers are involved in the salary review process. So, it would be very useful to have access to the data resulted after running the compensation process, so we can build approval workflows, through which the workflow participants can add the recommended increase and in the end approve the increases.

Also, It would allow the Compensation and Benefits users to export an overview of the process, calculate necessary budgets and share information with other stakeholders.
