Add a video frame when taking videos so users can easily see what is recorded.

Currently you have to experiment by taking multiple recordings when developing videos to make sure you are capturing what you want to see. I have to hold things above my line of sight, directly in front of the HL2 to get a good recording. Having a frame which indicates what will be seen on the recording will significantly speed up the video/guide creation process.
