We have a requirement to run some logic at the point a field value is changed (without waiting for the record to be inserted / modified). Right now we can only do this if the Validate trigger is run for the field. If base code assigns a value directly (eg. below) we have no way to capture the event to add our logic. We would like to request a new global trigger for this that would pass RecRef,xRecRef and FieldNo into the trigger for us to reference.

eg. "Dimension Set ID" := .... (no way to trigger logic after this line of code currently)
