Can Any one explain why Microsoft has Sales Copilot vs Copilot as two separate AI tools , why can't we have option to combine them and make it one tool?

Looks like Sales Copilot is limited with answering provided default prompts.

Copilot is open to take questions other than default prompts.

Having two separate AI tools seems little confusing for users especially since this is the early adoption. However if we can combine all the feature into one Copilot tool which give better edge for justification for early trial.

Please help correct my understanding if this is wrong.
