Currently, users without a Business Central (BC) license cannot view BC data in Field Service (FS), which is inconsistent with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain. This limitation affects the native integration between BC and FS, causing issues when loading virtual entity itemsavailabilitybylocation.

Proposed Solution

Allow users to view BC data in FS without requiring a BC license, similar to Dynamics 365 Supply Chain. This change would streamline the integration process and improve user experience. Moreover, the argumentation in the licensing guide says "the system of record for inventory". In our case, Business Central is "the system of record for inventory".
