However more customers start using serverless database to match with their business operation. However, it now raises an issue where the first time serverless database is woke up by F&O it will return connection error then fail. Subsequence runs are still completed successfully.

There is no retry mechanism at the moment for the first run, thus, data missing or discrepancy might happen. Please implement retry logic for serverless database.
