I strongly agree with this need, as it would also give better opportunity to keep track of due dates/expiration dates for certifications to have an entity for it. As it is today all you can do to keep track on dates is to create due date alerts. You can to some degree create advanced filter on vendor to see which vendors have a certain certification type that is valid, but it always must be double checked. There really ought to be a view available for all certifications, and if an entity existed we'd be so much closer to that.
