Shipping Carrier Interface

Shipping carrier interface is a standard functionality on 2009/2012 eliminated on D365 because TMS should covered partially. The real situation is that TMS module has no this functionality.

A road map of transportation management must cover the integration with third-party ( external shipping system).

I agree but this is difficult if you are integrating with a lot of LTL carriers. We are approaching by integrating the D365 TMS with an external TMS that already has and maintains API integrations with dozens of LTL carriers.

In my opinion this will be part in the autumn release of D365FOE - MS bought additional License from Blue horse shoe - and as I remember there will be an Integration to UPS, FEDEX and USS - however in our customer project we need an interface to DHL so I voted up - but the Goal should be to provide interfaces to any carriers
