Currently, validation of End process for production order does not consider root card offsetting.

The business scenario is like below:

1. Create a new production order and start the production order

2. Post picking list for the production order

3.Post the Route card for the production order with a date after the end date (May. 30) mistakenly

4. Post the Route card with correct date

5. Post the Route card with the negative value and a date after the end date (May. 30) to balance

6. Post the required Job card for the production order with Apr. 27

7. Report as finished for the production order with Apr. 27

8. Try to end the production order with Apr. 27, then the below error message is displayed:

“Production order %1 has time consumption on date %2 and cannot be ended before that.”

To work around this error, users need to Reset a production order to "Release" status and re-post related journals.

It takes so much time.

Currently this is not in our roadmap; however, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.
