Sometimes, especially in the B2B space, you don't want to create a new lead when the form is submitted, and choose the contact only option for the form. Then as the journey progresses you are able to establish the degree of interaction with the lead and their level of interest. Or perhaps you want to branch your journey based on whether their inquiry is of a particular nature. So at that point in the journey you want to create a Lead for them based on their contact details/form details. It would be good to have the ability to do this as part of the journey without having to do a custom trigger and Power Automate (which I haven't gotten to work anyway). Thanks.
