I think would be necessary improve the roles assignments. It would be fantastic if the administrator user could assign it through the users groups instead user by user.

Usage of AAD groups would be a nice addition.
Note that currently it is possible to create automatic role assignments based on e.g. user groups membership. So the feature is more or less already available.
