When customer creates and register new schedule record on the activity entity , duplication dialogue is showed that the record is duplicated. Some customer wants to turn off duplication dialogue.

Hello, Apologies for the double post as I misread the suggestion. Please disregard my previous comment. Can you please clarify what the Schedule entity is (since CRM does not contain any such entity out of the box)? Are you referring to the appointment entity in Activities, or is this a custom entity?
